You will be responsible for reporting category-related strategy, execution, and growth data to leadership for informed decision-making.
Qualifications:
Engineering graduate with MBA, from Tier-1 colleges will be an ideal candidateOverall experience of 4+ years, preferably in the startup domainRelevant experience in the Payments industry will be preferredPrevious experience in solution-based selling, preparing pitch decks and presenting complex payment solutions to both a technical and non-technical audience of Large enterprisesStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw actionable insights, and make data-driven decisionsAbility to provide professional technical consultancy services internally and externalStrategic and Business / Commercial mindset with a demonstrated ability to develop and execute comprehensive category strategies that drive business growth and profitabilityResults-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets and KPIs in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentProactive, assertive and strong communication & excellent presentation skillsAbility to coordinate with cross functional teams and well-organized with with an eye for details.
