Job Description: As the Zonal Sales Head, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales and distribution activities in south Zone, which contributes significantly to our overall revenue. This zone comprises the states of Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, and Karnataka, generating substantial sales primarily from semi-urban and rural areas. The core brands within this zone include Ghadi detergent powder & cake, which enjoy a strong market presence.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Sales Target Achievement: Strategically allocate sales targets to states and territories based on past performance, market surveys, and potential. Ensure compliance with business plans and focus on driving sales for key brands.
  2. Sales Performance Monitoring: Regularly monitor sales performance across segments, products, and areas against the business plan. Identify gaps and develop preventive action plans to ensure targets are met.
  3. Market Engagement and Action Planning: Conduct frequent market visits and meetings with dealers, distributors, and retailers. Understand market dynamics, gather feedback, and develop action plans to address market needs. Ensure effective execution of sales promotion schemes and market penetration strategies.
  4. Sales Resource Development: Drive the development of distributor and dealer sales resources to enhance productivity and effectiveness.
  5. Stock Management and Distribution: Collaborate closely with the depot and logistics team to ensure efficient stock management and distribution based on market demand.
  6. Competitive Strategy Development: Analyze internal and external factors to develop competitive strategies tailored to specific demographics within the zone.
  7. Resource Optimization and Administration: Ensure optimal utilization of resources within the allocated budget. Maintain cost control measures, implement resource planning strategies, and manage stakeholder relationships to enhance productivity.
  8. Team Capability Building: Coach, mentor, and train the sales team to enhance their understanding of sales and marketing concepts. Identify training needs and collaborate with management to address skill gaps effectively.

  • Sales Volume (p.a.): Plus 20,000 Metric Tons
  • Number of Distributors: 300 plus
  • Sales Team: 70 plus
  • States Covered: Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, and Karnataka


Candidate must have - Good geographical knowledge of Andhra , Telangana and Karnatka

Candidate must speak - Hindi , Telagu and Kannada


Candidates must have a stable employment history. Those who have demonstrated commitment and longevity with one company are preferred. We discourage frequent job changers or individuals with a history of short tenures.


Experience Required- 13- 18 Years

Salary Expectation - 14- 19 LPA
