We deliver projects from inception through completion, embracing challenges to empower communities worldwide.Learn more at Skillsets :Provide first and second-level support to users experiencing application issues.Address and resolve support tickets related to both general applications and Dynamics 365.Escalate complex problems to higher-level support or specialized teams as necessary.Maintain detailed documentation of support activities, solutions, and best practices.Develop and conduct training sessions for users on both general applications and Dynamics 365.Create and update user guides and knowledge base articles.

Requirements :Proficiency in operating systems (Windows, Linux) and database management (SQL, Oracle, MySQL).Strong troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve software issues.Experience with helpdesk and ticketing systems.Basic scripting skills (PowerShell, Bash) are advantageous.Knowledge of Dynamics 365 operations and basic programming (C#, .NET, JavaScript, HTML, CSS).Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with users and stakeholders.Strong customer service orientation with a focus on user satisfaction.Ability to work effectively as part of a team and collaborate with other IT professionals.

Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.Relevant certifications such as ITIL or Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals are advantageous.Experience: 4 to 8 years.
