Job Description:
Samvedna Development Society seeks an experienced Corporate Social Responsibility Manager with exceptional communication skills and a proven track record in proposal writing. As the CSR Manager, you'll spearhead our CSR department, shaping and implementing impactful initiatives aligned with our vision and values, while ensuring compliance with regulations.
Responsibilities:
CSR Strategy Development: Craft and implement a robust CSR strategy aligned with our mission, pinpointing key focus areas for community development.
Corporate Partnerships: Cultivate and maintain strong ties with corporate partners, fostering collaboration to maximize social impact.
Project Management: Oversee planning, execution, and evaluation of CSR projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with diverse stakeholders to establish partnerships and broaden the reach of CSR initiatives.
Compliance and Reporting: Ensure adherence to CSR regulations, preparing reports to assess program effectiveness.
Employee Engagement: Create and execute programs encouraging employee involvement in CSR activities, fostering a culture of responsibility.
Impact Assessment: Regularly measure the outcomes of CSR initiatives to drive continual improvement.
Budget Management: Monitor and optimize the CSR budget for desired social outcomes.
Communication and Advocacy: Serve as a spokesperson for CSR efforts, effectively communicating their impact and promoting social issue awareness.
Qualifications and Experience:
Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Sciences, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years managing CSR initiatives in the corporate sector.
Expertise: In-depth knowledge of CSR practices, regulations, and trends in India.
Track Record: Proven success in planning, executing, and evaluating CSR projects.
Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills to build partnerships.
Leadership: Ability to lead cross-functional teams to achieve CSR goals.
Organizational Skills: Excellent time management for handling multiple projects simultaneously.
Passion: Strong dedication to social impact, sustainability, and community development.
