Job Title: VP ,CL, Product Specialist -Switching and Cards, WRB Tech

Experience: 14-18 yrs -5+yrs into leadership role.

Location: Bangalore

Salary Package: Package should be from 50lacs +benefits and etc.

Must-Have Skills:

Technical Skills:

  • Payments Experience (VISA, MasterCard, UPI, card issuing & acquiring)
  • ISO8583 Protocol & EMV Standards
  • PCI DSS & PA DSS Compliance
  • API Integration (SOAP, REST, JSON)
  • Cryptography (HSM, encryption standards like 3DES, AES)
  • Unix/Linux Shell Scripting

Leadership Skills:

  • People Development (coaching, performance monitoring, and team growth)
  • Conflict Resolution & Collaboration (leading teams, managing conflicts)
  • Risk Management (identifying issues and creating backup plans)

Project Management Skills:

  • SDLC Knowledge (Waterfall, Agile)
  • KPI & OKR Tracking (measuring team success)

Communication Skills:

  • Clear Communication (both technical and non-technical audiences)

Education:

  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems , or related fields

Good-to-Have Skills:

Cloud & Emerging Tech Experience (Cloud services, AI/ML, Blockchain)

Experience with Digital Transformation Projects

Payments Innovations (Google Pay, Apple Pay, QR Codes)

Soft Skills (Creativity, Automation, Diversity & Inclusion)

Certifications (e.g., PCI DSS, Cloud, Scrum)

  • Focus on Payments experience (card systems, APIs).
  • Should have leadership and how they've grown teams or handled conflicts.
  • Should be hands-on experience in API work and compliance (PCI DSS, EMV).
  • Experience on Cloud or new technologies , that's a plus.
