Aspire For Her presents the below opportunity on behalf of one of our esteemed clients who is a Social Impact FinTech Startup.

Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced individual with passion for contributing to societal change and empathy for the financially disadvantaged sections of society to join us as Asst Vice President – Finance with responsibility for enterprise risk management including compliance with all regulatory requirements prescribed by the Reserve Bank of India ('RBI') and other relevant statutory authorities. Candidates must be comfortable working in a dynamic, start-up environment, meeting timelines and have an eye for detail. An energetic, proactive and self- motivated finance / banking professional with good domain experience would be ideal for this role

Responsibilities:

● Designing, implementing and sustaining a comprehensive enterprise risk management framework

● Ensuring adherence with all applicable statutory compliance requirements as mandated by RBI for a NBFC P2P

● Managing all statutory reporting obligations towards Reserve Bank of India, CICS, under FEMA / PMLA (FIU-IND) and other applicable statutes

● Internal audit of financial and business operations

● Ensuring efficient conduct of audits and inspections by RBI and

● Fostering a culture of compliance across all levels of the organization and establishing exceptionally high standards of compliance

Requirements:

● University degree with Finance/ Economics/Business Administration

● Qualified Chartered Accountant / MBA / CFA

● 7-10 years relevant work experience with professionally managed and well reputed NBFCs / Bank(s) in India

● Expert level domain knowledge

● Strong process design, documentation and project management skills

● Self-starter, proactive and self-motivated with strong prioritization, execution and organization skills
