Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process (job postings, screening, scheduling interviews, onboarding).
  • Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and payroll data.
  • Handle HR operations including attendance, leave management, and compliance.
  • Support performance management processes (appraisals, feedback, training needs).
  • Conduct induction and orientation programs for new hires.
  • Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
  • Address employee queries, grievances, and ensure a healthy work environment.
  • Coordinate training & development sessions and employee engagement activities.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and statutory requirements.
  • Prepare HR reports (attrition, recruitment status, employee performance, etc.).

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of HR operations, recruitment, and compliance.
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-solving, conflict management, and decision-making ability.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software (preferred).
