Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process: job postings, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires.
- Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and documentation.
- Handle payroll processing, leave management, and attendance tracking.
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Coordinate training sessions, employee engagement activities, and performance evaluations.
- Address employee queries regarding HR-related matters.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Executive, HR Assistant, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes, employment laws, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/tools.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
