Franchise Sales Manager – B2A (EdTech)

Location: Bangalore

Department: Sales & Partnerships

Experience: 5–10 years in institutional sales / franchise development / B2A EdTech sales

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Franchise Sales Manager – B2A to drive strategic partnerships and franchise development with academic institutions. The role involves identifying and onboarding schools, colleges, and educational institutions as franchise or academic partners to expand our EdTech offerings across geographies. You will be responsible for leading the full cycle of institutional acquisition, relationship management, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

· Identify, target, and acquire educational institutions (schools, colleges, training centres) as franchise/academic partners.

· Drive the complete B2A franchise sales cycle—from lead generation and pitch to negotiation, closure, and onboarding.

· Promote EdTech solutions that add value to institutional partners in terms of curriculum enhancement, digital transformation, or skill development.

· Create and execute regional expansion strategies to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for Bangalore and Chennai.

· Build strong relationships with academic decision-makers (principals, directors, trustees) and understand their requirements.

· Conduct presentations, webinars, and demos to showcase the benefits and ROI of partnering with the brand.

· Work closely with marketing, legal, and onboarding teams to ensure smooth integration and brand alignment.

· Track performance of franchise partners, ensure compliance, and provide ongoing support to maximize success.

· Attend education fairs, conferences, and networking events to build visibility and generate leads.

Required Qualifications and Skills

· Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related fields.

· 5+ years of experience in B2A sales, institutional partnerships, or franchise development in the EdTech or education sector.

· Strong understanding of academic structures, decision-making hierarchies, and institutional buying behaviour.

· Excellent communication, relationship-building, and consultative selling skills.

· Ability to present complex solutions in a simplified, value-driven manner.

· Proficiency in CRM tools Zoho and MS Office Suite.

· Willingness to travel extensively for meetings and events.

Preferred Qualifications

· Prior experience in working with K-12 schools, higher education institutions, or government education programs.

· Knowledge of regulatory and compliance frameworks in education.

· Exposure to blended or digital learning solutions.
