Responsibilities
They manufacture Semi equipment, and this process is all about spare parts and customer support.
Shift : US (9:00 PM to 6:00 AM ) PST zone(Night Shift )

TPS Escalation
Part Requests
Parts Follow up
Email Knowledge
Escalation Path
RFQ issue
Customer Enquiries i.e. Workflow launch
position is responsible in providing assistance to customers with their order concerns, TPS escalations, part requests, tracking of order, escalation path, customer inquiries, workflow laungh, etc. This role requires good comprehension and communication skills to be able to deliver good customer satisfaction required by the client through its established KPIs.
Assist customers with their concerns guided by predefined standard operating procedures
If queries are outside of the SOP, then take the query to appropriate product group for the process to be defined
Adhere to agreed KPI, SLA and quality standards to maximize customer satisfaction
Order management, track ,tracing, and answer inquiry of customers
Create service requests on behalf of customers
Qualifications
1 - 3 years of experience working with Customer support
Excellent verbal and written communication
Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
Handling complaints and solving incidents.
Handling complaints and dispute resolution
Take ownership and follow up to resolve
Typing skills @ 25 WPM
