We are a tech savvy organization, having a group employee strength of above 70 employees, we use Microsoft Teams extensively for internal communications. We have our own server, which stores all client data and is secured by industry standard firewall. Each employee is allotted a Microsoft license to effectively execute his duties.

Our Mumbai office is located at New Marine Lines, at close proximity from Churchgate Station, Candidates living at reasonable distance in and around Mumbai are encouraged to apply for this position. The Tax & Accounts Assistant is

responsible for delivering expert administrative support

to senior management of the firm with the ultimate goal to serve the clients better.

The

Administrative Assistant

shall be responsible for delivering

Professional Level of services

to the firms top management and support to the internal teams of the firm.

Job Specifics/responsibilitiesResponsibilities include assisting senior management representatives with various administrative support tasks and full ownership of specific administrative processesThese tasks may include, but are not limited to, general filing and records maintenance, compiling data for reports, assisting with administrative tasks associated with the cost center(s) budget(s), scheduling appointments, meetings and important internal and external events.Calendar maintenance for one or more managers or experts answering telephone calls, preparing expense reports, preparing/editing presentations for both internal and external audience, distributing/screening e-mail, greeting/escorting visitors and other established general administrative tasksCoordinates work within the management team/organization and with other divisions, both internal and external to the firm.Communicating with Clients or partners or any other stakeholders in case of a performed administrative function, delegated task/project or urgent problemUsually works with multiple issues/projects and has the experience/ability to support multiple project administrative requirementsConducting internal communication to the respective division on behalf of the manager through various communication channelsMaintaining mail distribution lists and databasesManaging internal, external orders and hardware stock

Education And Experience RequiredMinimum Graduate level educationPost Graduate candidate Highly preferredExtensive general and/or executive administrative experience, or equivalent combination of experienceWorking Knowledge of Direct Taxes.Working Knowledge of Accounts.Working knowledge of GST.Experience and literacy of Microsoft Office products: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint

Other RequirementsSuperior ability to work in a diverse and multicultural environmentFluent in verbal & written English, Hindi and Marathi.Fluency in any other language is an advantage.Ability to work independently.Ability to operate effectively within a virtual (cross-cultural) team.Demonstrates superior business communication skills.Strong ability to work in teams.Very strong attention to details keeping in mind the overall perspective.Superior prioritization and planning skills.Very strong ability to understand complex topics.Very proactive and able to work under pressure.Strong organization skills.Fast learner.

Pay RangeRs. 2,40,000/- to Rs. 3,00,000/- per anum.
