The Performance Marketer will be responsible for developing and executing performance marketing campaigns. Daily tasks include but not limited to analyzing campaign results, optimizing strategies, managing budgets, conducting A/B testing, and collaborating with the content and design teams to ensure alignment with overall marketing goals???? What You'll Own:You'll work directly with the founder and manage ad campaigns across Google, Meta, and more — for clients in Saa S, BFSI, Real Estate, and moreEnd-to-end campaign execution (Google Search, Display, Meta Ads)Daily optimization to improve CPL, CTR, ROASKeyword planning, audience targeting, and ad testingCampaign reporting using Looker Studio + internal templatesCollaborate with our in-house design + content teams for creativesRun A/B tests, spot fatigue, and suggest sharp creative anglesWeekly performance reviews and improvement planning You're a Great Fit If You:Have 2–5 years of hands-on experience running campaignsCan read metrics and know what to do when ROAS/CPL dipsAre structured with reporting and daily reviewsKnow how to manage budgets, spot waste, and adjust fastCommunicate clearly (we hate waiting and guessing)Have experience with tools like Looker Studio, Google Sheets (or are quick to learn)???? Bonus Points:Worked with B2 B or international clients (UAE, Asia, US)Know how to create ad hooks or collaborate with copy/designHave handled campaigns with 6-figure budgetsExperience with social media marketing and SEO is a plus.Full time: Prahladnagar, Ahmedabad Timings: 9:30 am to 6:30 pm
