We are looking for a data-driven and creative Performance Marketing Manager to plan, execute, and optimize paid digital marketing campaigns across platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring high-quality traffic, improving ROAS, and driving measurable business growth through performance channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and manage paid marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), , and other digital platforms.
  • Optimize campaigns regularly to meet KPIs such as CTR, CPA, ROI, and conversion rates.
  • Monitor daily performance metrics and generate detailed campaign performance reports.
  • Conduct A/B testing of creatives, ad copies, landing pages, and targeting strategies.
  • Collaborate with the content and design teams for creative assets and landing page improvements.
  • Manage digital ad budgets effectively and allocate spending based on performance insights.
  • Stay updated on digital trends, ad platform updates, and competitor strategies.
  • Analyze customer journeys, set up conversion tracking, and identify funnel bottlenecks.
  • Work with analytics tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other attribution models.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing or digital advertising.
  • Proven experience in running and optimizing paid campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook, etc.).
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Excel and reporting dashboards.
  • Experience with tools like Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, Google Analytics, and other ad-tech platforms.
  • Understanding of conversion rate optimization and landing page performance.
Preferred:
  • Certification in Google Ads or Facebook Blueprint.
  • Experience in e-commerce, B2B lead generation, or mobile app campaigns.
