Role Overview We are looking for a Senior Sales Engineer with strong technical knowledge and proven sales expertise to develop business, manage client relationships, and deliver tailored solutions that meet customer requirements. Key Responsibilities Develop new business opportunities in target industrial sectors. Maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients. Understand client needs and recommend appropriate technical solutions. Prepare and deliver technical presentations and product demos. Coordinate with engineering & production teams to ensure timely deliveries. Prepare quotations, negotiate terms, and close sales deals. Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback. Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial Engineering or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in technical/industrial sales. Strong understanding of industrial products and processes. Proven track record in achieving sales targets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Willingness to travel within Karnataka and neighboring regions. Preferred Skills Industrial B2 B sales experience. Ability to read CAD drawings & technical specifications.
