The Position is going to be based at our corporate headquarters in Gurugram, Haryana - India

Job Role & Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage an anti-corruption helpline within the organisation including tracking, monitoring and reporting of whistleblower cases.
  • Develop fraud prevention strategies and processes based on information available from both traditional & non-traditional data/information sources.
  • Conduct fraud investigations on any such occurrence involving employees, customers, and vendors of the company.
  • Identify criteria, validate data, and communicate awareness of trends to influence fraud prevention, model revisions and rule efficacy to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Issue of comprehensive reports along with clear and evidence-based factual recommendations
  • Identify and assess risks related to fraud and unethical behaviour within the organization.
  • Conduct training programs to educate employees on vigilance, fraud prevention, and ethical conduct.
  • Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on the status of investigations and risk assessments.

Education, Experience & Skills:

  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in organisational fraud investigations, risk management, or related field.
  • Excellent analytical, investigative, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality and integrity.

Education Qualification required:

  • MBA or Master’s degree in Finance, or a related field.
  • A Master’s degree or professional certifications such as Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), or similar is preferred.
