Key Responsibilities

  • Protect and safeguard hotel property and prevent misuse and damages.
  • Ensure the safety of guests, residents, and their belongings.
  • Supervise security guards, door men, and valet drivers.
  • Tactfully handle violent guests and maintain a safe environment.
  • Patrol hotel areas, including guest entrances, public spaces, and staff areas.
  • Monitor parked cars and report any damages or scratches.
  • Keep track of contractual work and monitor entry and exit.
  • Clear the area around the hotel from undesirable elements.
  • Be vigilant for suspicious activity and report any fire hazards to the Security Manager/Fire Safety Consultants.

Requirements

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle emergency situations and make sound decisions.
  • Knowledge of security protocols and procedures.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
