We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our expanding online education platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong drive for identifying and closing new business opportunities. By adopting a consultative sales approach, this individual will be responsible for qualifying leads and converting them into valuable clients, working with both new prospects and existing customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Consistently achieve and surpass assigned sales targets.
  • Generate new business opportunities and expand relationships with existing clients.
  • Navigate complex negotiations with senior decision-makers.
  • Build strong rapport and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Manage and grow a robust sales pipeline to exceed monthly goals.
  • Apply industry best practices and structured sales methodologies.

Qualifications:

  • MBA in Marketing or a related postgraduate degree.
  • Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of experience in a target-driven sales or internship role.
  • Strong enthusiasm for new business acquisition and nurturing client relationships.
  • Highly energetic, result-driven, and committed to creating win-win solutions.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive and positive attitude.
  • Strong sense of ownership and a focus on achieving results.
  • Proven ability (through academics, internships, or work experience) to exceed targets.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
