About the Role

We are seeking dynamic and self-driven female candidates for the role of Business Development Executive. This is a target-based role designed for freshers or candidates with prior internship experience who are looking to start a career in Business Development and Sales within the IT industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new leads through research, networking, and digital platforms.
  • Engage with clients through calls, emails, and online meetings to promote IT services.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive business growth.
  • Meet monthly/quarterly targets and contribute to revenue generation.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to execute business strategies.
  • Prepare reports on sales activities, leads, and performance progress.

Requirements

  • Female candidates only (Freshers or internship-experienced).
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
  • Good knowledge/understanding of IT services and solutions.
  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written).
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and comfortable with target-based work.
  • Willingness to relocate after 6 months.
