The ideal candidate should be a strategic thinker with a passion for sourcing the right talent and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environment.Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment process for both technical (IT) and non-technical (BPO/operations) roles. Drive bulk hiring campaigns across departments including Operations, Technology, and Support functions. Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent using job portals, social media, references, and campus drives. Screen, interview, and shortlist candidates based on job requirements and company standards. Coordinate with department heads to forecast hiring needs and build a robust talent pipeline. Maintain applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure a seamless candidate experience. Conduct offer negotiations and follow-ups till onboarding. Track recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, etc.) and provide regular hiring reports to management.
