About the Position: We are on the lookout for a dynamic and dedicated Key Account Manager to join our team. If you are a proactive professional with a passion for fostering client relationships and driving customer success, this role is for you. Your primary mission will be to nurture and expand relationships with our key clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Work Location: Delhi
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients.
Issue Resolution: Address and resolve client issues and complaints promptly and effectively.
Business Understanding: Deeply understand the business needs of key accounts and deliver tailored solutions.
Communication Management: Act as the liaison between key clients and our internal teams (Support, Sales, Tech).
Strategic Upselling: Identify opportunities to upsell and drive additional value for clients.
Progress Reporting: Present regular reports on account progress and collaborate on setting future goals.
What We’re Looking For:
Educational Background: A Master's degree in Business Administration is preferred.
Experience: A minimum of 2+ years' experience in B2B account management (Preferably SaaS experience)
Communication Skills: Exceptional communication and listening skills, with fluency in English and Hindi.
Product Knowledge: Ability to quickly grasp and articulate the features and benefits of our platform.
Time Management: Strong multitasking abilities and time management skills.
Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and understand their industry positioning.
