About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Operations & Admin professional to support the day-to-day operations of our Sales team in India. This pivotal role will ensure smooth coordination across commercial functions and help drive sales effectiveness, operational excellence, and commercial efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
Sales Operations Support (70%)
- Maintain and update sales dashboards, reports, and tracking tools using SAP, SFDC, Qlik, and Excel
- Validate and consolidate primary & secondary sales and distributor data for daily reporting
- Manage SAP entries related to materials, pricing, purchase orders, and service entries
- Handle tender documentation, submission tracking, and updates to the tender repository
- Maintain accurate product catalogues and customer pricing records
- Support documentation and compliance for distributor agreements and special pricing
- Manage credit note processing, expense reimbursements (including Concur for certain staff), and channel partner communication
- Act as the primary point of contact for daily sales ops support to the India Sales team
Admin & Coordination Support (30%)
- Coordinate logistics for events, travel, and hotel arrangements
- Liaise with Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and Regulatory for administrative support
- Assist with back-office expense planning and reporting
What You'll Bring
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, or related field (MBA/PGDM is a plus )
- 3–5 years of experience in sales operations, commercial support, or sales admin
Technical Skills:
- Proficient in MS Excel, SAP, SFDC, Qlik Sense, and related tools
- Familiarity with pricing and contract workflows, distributor/channel documentation, and tender processes
Core Competencies:
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Analytical thinker with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks
