Responsibilities :


  • The HRBP will handle responsibilities including employee engagement, performance and talent development, people metrics/reporting, partnering with line management on HR and business needs and special projects.
  • Support organizational change initiatives and manage the HR aspects of organizational changes
  • Utilize HR analytics to identify trends and make data-driven recommendations for improving HR processes.
  • Leverage analytics to drive strategies for retention and engagement
  • Foster a positive workplace culture that promotes employee engagement and satisfaction.
  • Support HR Leadership with the execution and management of a performance appraisal system that drives a culture of high performance and continuous feedback including manager feedback, consistent check-ins, and annual reviews along with salary planning, promotions, and talent calibration.
  • Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention
  • Drive Employee Engagement including Rewards and Recognition
  • Provide HR policy guidance as applicable.


Qualifications :


  • 3 to 8 years of proven work experience as an HR Business Partnering.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with ability to build strong relationships at all levels of organization
  • Experience in AI/technology usage in employee engagement is must have
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to make data driven decisions
  • Excellent people management and leadership skills.
  • Full understanding of all HR functions and best practices.
  • Adapt to changing priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
