Role Description


This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Sales Executive at pacific precast group. The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales and business development activities, identifying new leads, building and maintaining client relationships, preparing proposals and contracts, and achieving sales targets. The role involves regular client meetings, negotiations, and coordination with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of projects.


Qualifications


  • Proven experience in sales and business development
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of the construction industry and precast solutions is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience in Precast or Construction or real estate Industry will be appreciated
