Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Executive to join our recruitment agency.

The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in sales, a deep understanding of the recruitment industry, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

This role involves managing both inbound and outbound leads, with work-from-office arrangements for inbound leads and work-from-home flexibility for outbound leads.


Key Responsibilities:

Lead Management:
o Handle inbound leads generated through various marketing channels.
o Proactively source and manage outbound leads to identify new business opportunities.

Client Relationship Management:
o Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their recruitment needs.
o Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction.

Sales Strategy and Execution:
o Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets.
o Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the recruitment industry.

Negotiation and Closing:
o Negotiate terms of business with clients and close deals effectively.
o Prepare and present proposals to potential clients.

Reporting and Analysis:
o Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
o Provide regular reports on sales performance and market feedback to the management team.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in sales, preferably in the recruitment industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to sales.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using Hubspot software.
