Job Description - Sr. Sales Executive

Major Responsibilities/Activities:

1. Developing a deep understanding of the company's products, services, and capabilities in the manufacturing industry.

2. Proactively reaching out to existing and potential customers to identify their needs and provide appropriate solutions.

3. Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers through regular communication and follow-ups.

4. Collaborating with the sales team to develop and implement strategies to meet sales targets and drive business growth.

5. Providing exceptional customer service by promptly addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

6. Conducting product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of the company's offerings.

7. Collaborating with internal teams, such as engineering and production, to ensure timely delivery of products and services.

8. Keeping accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and customer feedback in the CRM system.

9. Staying up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

10. Participating in sales meetings, training sessions, and industry events to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's Degree and Proficiency with Word and Excel

2. 3-4 years of sales experience

3. Experience with high-volume prospecting through email marketing and cold calling.

4. ERP/ CRM experience is a plus

Location : Panjarapole, Ahmedabad

Salary Budget: 4- 5 LPA CTC (Can be adjusted for deserving Candidates)
