Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Executive to join our recruitment agency. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in sales, a deep understanding of the recruitment industry, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets. This role involves managing both inbound and outbound leads, with work-from-office arrangements for inbound leads and work-from-home flexibility for outbound leads.


Key Responsibilities:

1.Lead Management:

oHandle inbound leads generated through various marketing channels.

oProactively source and manage outbound leads to identify new business opportunities.

2.Client Relationship Management:

oBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their recruitment needs.

oProvide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction.

3.Sales Strategy and Execution:

oDevelop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets.

oConduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the recruitment industry.

4.Negotiation and Closing:

oNegotiate terms of business with clients and close deals effectively.

oPrepare and present proposals to potential clients.

5.Reporting and Analysis:

oMaintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.

oProvide regular reports on sales performance and market feedback to the management team.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.

2-4 years of experience in sales, preferably in the recruitment industry.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to sales.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficiency in using Hubspot software.
