Online Sales Manager

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the operations and performance of online sales channels, including e-commerce platforms, marketplaces, and company websites.
- Develop and execute online sales strategies and initiatives to drive traffic, conversions, and revenue growth.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and IT teams to optimize online user experience, website functionality, and digital marketing campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze website traffic, user engagement, and conversion rates, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Manage relationships with third-party online sales partners, vendors, and service providers to ensure seamless integration and performance.
- Lead and develop a team of online sales professionals, providing coaching, training, and performance management support.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in online sales and e-commerce.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in online sales or e-commerce management roles, with a track record of driving revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, digital marketing, and online sales strategies.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Leadership and team management abilities.
- Proficiency in web analytics tools, e-commerce platforms, and digital marketing tools.
- Creative thinking and innovation mindset.
