Position:
- Senior Business Development Executive (Experience: 2 to 3 years)
- Business Development Executive (Experience: 1 to 2 years)
Key Responsibilities:
- New Business Opportunities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in commercial as well as residential projects and with real estate developers.
- Strategic Sales Plans: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and potential clients within real estate industry.
- Client Understanding: Understand client needs and requirements to provide tailored solutions.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with design and project teams to create compelling proposals, presentations, and quotations for clients.
- Negotiation: Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to secure new projects and partnerships.
- Coordination: Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
- Industry Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments related to the real estate industry.
- Representation: Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking forums to promote services and generate leads.

Qualifications:
- For Senior Business Development Executive: 2 to 3 years of experience in business development, preferably in the real estate sector.
- For Business Development Executive: 1 to 2 years of experience in business development, preferably in the real estate sector.
- Strong understanding of the commercial real estate market and industry trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
