Additionally s/he will play apivotal role in shaping and executing leadership developmentinitiatives for identified Talent poolmembers.
Learning& Developmentplan:
  • Conductthorough needs assessments to identify skill gaps and developmentopportunities across the organization.
  • Supportthe BCOE to develop a comprehensive L&D strategy alignedwith organizational goals andobjectives.
  • Partner with stakeholders to design& deploy Learning Needs Assessments to enhance theeffectiveness of employee performance in achieving the goals andobjectives of the organization.
  • Keep abreast ofindustry best practices emerging technologies and line ofbusiness/client direction to anticipate and accommodate shifts inbusiness needs andpriorities.

LearningDelivery:
  • Partnerwith experts / Trainers to design training solutions aligned toneeds. Utilize various learning methodologies including elearningworkshops and onthejob training.
  • Oversee thedelivery of training programs ensuring a consistent and highqualitylearning experience.
  • Create & deployframework for measuring effectiveness of training focusing onemployee accomplishments andperformance.
  • Design and deliver / facilitatelearning interventions basis needidentified.
  • Identify new needs from businessreview design/refine existing learning solutions including planningand process improvement beyond core learning and developmentofferings asneeded.

TalentDevelopment &Engagement:
  • Takeownership of talent development initiatives focused on building apipeline of highpotential employees.
  • Designimplement and review Accelerated Leadership development programs toensure a robust and sustainable talent pool for future leadershiproles.
  • Engage with Talent on their developmentneeds and closely monitor progress.
  • Design& implement initiatives to engage Talent and Talentvisibility within the organization.
  • Evaluatethe impact of Talent development initiatives and adjust plansaccordingly.
Lead the developmentand delivery of coaching and mentoringcapability.Enable the talent in creatingtheir MDPs (My Development Plans). Partner with Line Managers& HR partners in actualizing the learningplan.
LearningTechnology:
  • Staycurrent with trends and advancements in learningtechnology.
  • Integrate innovative learningtechnologies to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency oftrainingprograms.

LearningAnalytics:
  • Manage andevaluate the effectiveness of development programs measuring theimpact on employee performance and the organizations overallsuccess.
  • Identify design and share dashboardson progress and impact of learning and leadership developmentinitiatives at definedfrequency.
