About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive individual to join our team as a HR Coodinator, supporting cross-functional initiatives part of the HRBP team. This hybrid role combines elements of HR coordination, executive assistance, and project management, offering a unique opportunity to work closely with senior stakeholders and contribute to strategic projects.
Key Responsibilities
- HR Coordination & Executive Support (30–40%)
- Proactive approach to all initiatives.
- Ensure implementation of projects and reporting
- Project Management Support
- Work on strategic and operational projects under HRBP leadership.
- Track project milestones, prepare status updates, and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive execution and resolve bottlenecks.
- Communication & Documentation
- Prepare high-quality presentations and reports using PowerPoint and Excel.
- Draft internal communications, meeting notes, and project summaries.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Highly proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline; preference for candidates with 12–18 months of relevant experience.
