Position Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic HR Coordinator Intern to support our business development and recruitment efforts. This role involves reaching out to potential clients, coordinating with existing clients, and helping generate new business leads and assist in hiring for existing team.

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

  • Assist in sourcing candidates via LinkedIn and job portals
  • Initiate and manage communication through LinkedIn DMs, WhatsApp messages or emails
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate between candidates and hiring managers
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and update trackers regularly
  • Support employer branding by sharing relevant communications with potential candidates
  • Provide timely updates and follow-ups to ensure a smooth candidate experience
  • Draft basic outreach templates and communication messages for campaigns

Requirements:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn, WhatsApp Web, and professional email etiquette
  • Basic understanding of the recruitment lifecycle
  • Good time management and multitasking abilities
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Ideal Candidate:

  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business, or a related field
  • Eager to learn about recruitment processes and communication strategies
  • Comfortable using professional messaging platforms and tools
