We cater to industries such as Oil & Gas, Energy, Power, Pulp & Paper, Chemical, Petrochemical, Sugar, Fertilizer, Dairy, Food Processing, Mining & Mineral, Water & Wastewater.


Role Description

-Costings and Quotations:

  • Analyze customer requirements and specifications to determine the appropriate valve solutions.
  • Prepare accurate cost estimates based on materials, labor, and overhead costs.
  • Generate detailed and competitive quotations tailored to customer needs and budget constraints.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure technical feasibility and optimal pricing.


-Order Management:

  • Receive, review, and process customer purchase orders efficiently and accurately.
  • Coordinate with production and procurement teams to ensure timely fulfillment of orders.
  • Monitor order status and proactively communicate updates to customers regarding delivery schedules and any potential delays.
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns regarding orders promptly and professionally.


-Technical Support:

  • Serve as a technical resource for customers, providing guidance and recommendations on valve selection, installation, and operation.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to resolve technical issues and provide innovative solutions to meet customer requirements.
  • Conduct product presentations and technical training sessions for customers as needed.

  • Sales Engineering and Sales skills
  • Experience in providing technical support
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Customer service skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Knowledge of pipeline products and related industries is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
