You will be working as Sales Specialist at global grade 13 and will be part of Motion business for IEC LV Motors division based in Faridabad, India. In this role you will be reporting to Sales Manager and will be responsible for sales of products or systems within a designated market in accordance with strategy. Building long term customer relationships and managing resolution to specific customer needs and issues. Identifying and developing sales opportunities.

Your responsibilities
  • Selling low voltage motors to customers, focusing on volume, mix and profitability targets for business across the territory assigned
  • Establishing and maintaining effective customer relationships to understand customer needs, promoting customer understandings of full offering of products and aligning to provide a solution
  • Preparing and monitoring sales plan on regular basis
  • Establishing and monitoring sales bids
  • Identifying and driving the development of new market opportunities in the designated market and ensure know how sharing and cross collaboration
  • Monitoring customer and market trends to develop effective marketing activities in collaboration with the division
Your background
  • Bachelor of Engineering or Bachelor of Technology in electrical or automation domain
  • More than 8 years of experience in sales
  • Sound knowledge of rotating machines
  • Proven ability to develop and manage customer relationships
  • Ability and willingness to develop innovating sales approach based on digital tools
  • A collaborative, solutions-oriented approach and strong communication skills
