Overview:

The E-commerce Specialist plays a pivotal role in managing and optimizing our online sales channels, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for customers and driving revenue growth. This position requires a blend of technical expertise, analytical skills, and business acumen.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage the day-to-day operations of our e-commerce platform(s), including product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory management on various marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Meesho etc2. Optimize product listings for search visibility and conversion, including keyword research, product descriptions, and imagery.3. Able to create/execute/run/optimize various ad campiagns on Ad portals of marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra etc.4. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales, conversion rates, average order value (AOV), customer acquisition cost (CAC), and return on investment (ROI), and take actions to optimize performance.5. Analyze sales data and website metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, and make data-driven recommendations.6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, product, design team) to coordinate promotions, product launches, and other initiatives.7. Monitor competitive landscape and industry trends to identify best practices and opportunities for innovation.8. Stay updated on e-commerce technologies, platforms, and tools, and evaluate new solutions to enhance our online presence and capabilities.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's / Master's degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or related field.2. Proven experience (typically 2-3 years) in e-commerce, preferably in a retail or consumer goods industry.3. Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra etc).4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.5. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills, able to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.6. Creative thinker with a problem-solving mindset, able to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.7. Familiarity with digital marketing channels (e.g., PPC, email, social media) and their integration with e-commerce platforms.

Additional Preferred Skills:

1. Experience with international e-commerce operations and cross-border selling.2. Certifications or coursework related to e-commerce, digital marketing, or web development.
