Job Description:
As a Human Resource Executive at Cursory Technologies Private Limited, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our organizational culture and driving our talent management strategies. You will work closely with the HR team and other departments to ensure the smooth functioning of HR processes and procedures, as well as to support the company's growth and development.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment and Onboarding: Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires, including orientation and integration into the company culture.2. Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance and support on HR policies, procedures, and employment-related matters. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment through effective communication and conflict resolution.3. Performance Management: Implement and manage performance appraisal systems to evaluate employee performance and facilitate goal setting, feedback, and professional development. Work closely with managers to identify training and development needs and support employee growth initiatives.4. HR Administration: Maintain accurate HR records and documentation, including employee files, contracts, and compliance-related information. Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations and handle HR-related administrative tasks efficiently.5. HR Policies and Procedures: Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures in line with company goals, industry best practices, and legal requirements. Communicate policies effectively to employees and ensure adherence across the organization.6. Employee Engagement and Wellness: Plan and coordinate employee engagement activities, events, and initiatives to promote team building, morale, and a positive work culture. Support employee wellness programs and initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and well-being.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.- Proven experience as an HR executive or similar role, preferably in the technology sector.- Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and procedures, including recruitment, performance management, employee relations, and compliance.- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with tact and discretion.- Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and MS Office suite.- Certification in Human Resources (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
