Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition:

  • Source, screen, and interview potential candidates.
  • Coordinate and manage the hiring process from start to finish.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and job specifications.

On-boarding and Training:

  • Conduct new employee orientations and onboarding sessions.
  • Implement training programs to enhance employee skills.
  • Ensure new hires are integrated smoothly into the company culture.

Employee Relations:

  • Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and inquiries.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive workplace environment.
  • Manage and resolve employee relations issues with professionalism and discretion.

Performance Management:

  • Assist in the development and implementation of performance appraisal systems.
  • Provide feedback and support for employee development.

HR Administration:

  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
  • Handle payroll and benefits administration.
  • Manage HR documentation and ensure accurate record-keeping.

Policy Development

  • Assist in the creation and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Ensure all HR policies are up to date and compliant with current legislation.
  • Educate employees on company policies and procedures.

HR Projects:

  • Participate in HR projects and initiatives to improve workplace efficiency.
  • Stay updated with the latest HR trends and best practices.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Knowledge of HR best practices and legal requirements.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HR software.
