Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented

HR Executive

to join our team at

HealthSy

. This multifaceted role encompasses a variety of responsibilities, including facility management, new talent acquisitions, developing on-the-job training (OJT) modules, and managing key HR functions such as attendance and payroll. The ideal candidate will have a robust understanding of HR practices and be adept at juggling multiple tasks with efficiency and precision.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Facility Management:- Oversee the maintenance and operations of company facilities.- Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure a safe, clean, and productive work environment.- Implement facility-related improvements and manage facility-related budgets.

2. Talent Acquisition:- Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding.- Collaborate with team leaders to understand hiring needs and ensure timely staffing.

3. On-the-Job Training (OJT) Modules:- Design and develop comprehensive OJT training modules tailored for different teams.- Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance employee skills and knowledge.- Evaluate training effectiveness and make necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.

4. General HR Duties:- Monitor employee attendance and maintain accurate records.- Manage payroll processing and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.- Provide support in employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution.- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.- Implement and monitor safety protocols and emergency procedures.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.- 3+ years of experience in an HR role with exposure to facility management and training development.- Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.- Proficiency in HRIS and payroll software.- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
