Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team at Health Sy .

This multifaceted role encompasses a variety of responsibilities, including facility management, new talent acquisitions, developing on-the-job training (OJT) modules, and managing key HR functions such as attendance and payroll.

The ideal candidate will have a robust understanding of HR practices and be adept at juggling multiple tasks with efficiency and precision.


Key Responsibilities:

Facility Management:

  • Oversee the maintenance and operations of company facilities.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure a safe, clean, and productive work environment.
  • Implement facilityrelated improvements and manage facilityrelated budgets.

Talent Acquisition:

  • Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Manage the endtoend recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with team leaders to understand hiring needs and ensure timely staffing.

On-the-Job Training (OJT) Modules:

  • Design and develop comprehensive OJT training modules tailored for different teams.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and make necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.

General HR Duties:

  • Monitor employee attendance and maintain accurate records.
  • Manage payroll processing and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Provide support in employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Implement and monitor safety protocols and emergency procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in an HR role with exposure to facility management and training development.
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and payroll software.
  • Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
