Job Description:

Are you a data-driven performance marketing maestro, ready to orchestrate a symphony of user acquisition, revenue growth, and brand awareness? If you thrive on optimizing every touchpoint to drive results, then this Performance Marketing Manager (6-8 Years of Experience) role is tailored for you.


Lead the Charge:

●     Craft and execute a data-centric performance marketing strategy that fuels explosive growth across paid, organic, and owned channels.

●     With good understanding on product categories, brands, top-selling products plan and execute campaigns for webstore and marketplace partners

●     Good understanding on ROI, ROAS, ACOS and in budget planning to maximize portfolio/Brand/Category ROI

●     Manage and optimize multi-channel campaigns, including affiliate marketing, PPC, SEO, social media, and beyond, driving maximum ROI and efficient customer acquisition cost (CAC).

●     Champion A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) across all touchpoints, relentlessly refining the user journey for frictionless growth.

●     Own the success of key traffic KPIs, delivering optimized campaigns across paid, organic, and owned media channels.

●     Expert in driving short-lived campaigns – Liquidation, accelerating week-end performance etc.

●     Pioneer the identification and testing of new performance marketing channels to stay ahead of the curve and exceed growth targets.

●     Streamline the customer journey with marketing automation and lead generation strategies that convert like magic.


Collaborate and Conquer:

●     Partner with management to share conversion improvement ideas, offer data-driven insights, and present impactful results.

●     Stay at the forefront of performance marketing trends and technologies, constantly evolving your game.

●     Foster a collaborative spirit, motivating and guiding teams to achieve ambitious goals.

Ideal Candidate:

●     Holds a degree or certification in Digital Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

●     Boasts proven success in a similar role, with 6-8 years of experience crafting and executing multi-channel digital performance marketing strategies.

●     Excels in campaign and channel analysis and reporting, wielding Google Analytics like a Jedi master.

●     Possesses a keen analytical mind, extracting actionable insights from data, metrics, and consumer behavior trends.

●     Embraces a relentlessly goal-oriented mindset, fueled by passion and exceptional communication skills.

●     Maintains an open mind, fueled by curiosity and a knack for solving complex problems.
