Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and driven Senior Travel Consultant to join our Kochi office. In this role, you will leverage your expertise to provide personalized travel solutions, foster client relationships, and lead a team of junior consultants. Key Responsibilities:
Client Consultation: Engage with clients to understand their travel preferences, needs, and budgets to create customized travel itineraries.
Expert Recommendations: Provide expert advice on destinations, accommodations, activities, and travel logistics, ensuring all aspects of the trip are seamless.
Team Leadership: Mentor and guide junior travel consultants, sharing knowledge and best practices to enhance team performance.
Sales Achievement: Meet and exceed sales targets through effective relationship management and strategic planning.
Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive offerings, and emerging destinations to provide clients with the best options.
Problem-Solving: Address any client concerns or issues proactively, ensuring high levels of satisfaction throughout the travel experience.
Vendor Relations: Develop and maintain strong relationships with travel suppliers, hotels, and other partners to negotiate favorable terms and enhance service offerings.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Travel & Tourism, Business, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in the travel industry, with a proven track record as a travel consultant.
Strong knowledge of travel destinations, products, and trends.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple client accounts.
Proficiency in travel booking software and CRM tools.
A genuine passion for travel and helping clients create unforgettable experiences.
