Our team is rapidly growing, and we are looking for talented professionals to join us on this exciting journey.Role OverviewWe are seeking a reliable and organised Office Manager to oversee daily administrative operations, manage procurement needs, coordinate logistics, and support our teams. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and fluent in English, Kannada, and Hindi.Key ResponsibilitiesOffice AdministrationOversee day-to-day operations and maintenance of the officeEnsure a safe, clean, and productive workspaceProcurementManage procurement of office supplies, equipment, and resources for marketing and technical teamsSource and negotiate with vendors for the best pricing and qualityMaintain records of office and project inventoryLogistics CoordinationCoordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely product dispatch and deliveryTrack shipments and manage related documentationVendor ManagementCommunicate and negotiate with vendors for order placement and fulfilmentBuild and sustain strong vendor relationshipsDocumentation & ReportingPrepare and maintain Excel sheets and Word documents for procurement, inventory, and dispatchSupport teams by producing administrative documents and reportsMeeting CoordinationSchedule meetings, manage calendars, and coordinate logistics for meetings and company eventsEnsure smooth internal and external communicationsRequired Skills & QualificationsMinimum 2 years’ experience in office administration, procurement, or a related fieldProficiency in MS Excel and MS Word (creating spreadsheets, reports, and basic data analysis)Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, Kannada, and HindiExperience working with vendors and logistics partnersHighly organised, reliable, and able to multitask efficientlyProactive problem-solving and team support skillsWhat We OfferCompetitive salary with a performance incentive (5-10%)Opportunity to work with a high-growth robotics startupCollaborative and supportive work cultureExposure to diverse functions – procurement, logistics, and operationsProfessional growth opportunities as the company expandsTo Apply:Please send your CV and a brief cover letter to line: Application for Office Manager – Social HardwareSocial Hardware International Private Limited is an equal opportunity employer.
