Function/ Department : Cross Sell (Home Loans)
Roles & Responsibilities:
Acquisition of home loan customers in the identified segment
• Meet and exceed the defined targets of new customer acquisitions month on month by analyzing transaction banking needs of the customer
• Provide regular feedback to RM on opportunities and customer needs
• Ensure adherence to selling norms and SOPs defined by the organization
• Ensure strict compliance with internal guidelines and external regulations
• Ensure quality sourcing in line with the Bank's policy.
Secondary Responsibilities:
'Recommend improvements to processes and policies across the supporting teams and business to drive operational efficiencies & high-quality customer services.
Managerial & Leadership Responsibilities:
'• Mentor and coach senior team members to percolate ethos of customer centricity, innovation, compliance and integrity
• Create environment for team to focus on automation and digital enablement to fulfil customer needs holistically
