Sales Specialist– Digital Marketing Services

Job Summary:

We are seeking a driven and enthusiastic Sales Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, targeting, and acquiring new clients for our digital marketing services. If you thrive on meeting targets, building relationships, and converting leads into long-term clients, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential leads and prospects through online research, networking, and outbound outreach (LinkedIn, email, calls).
  • Pitch and present tailored digital marketing services (SEO, SMM, PPC, Content Marketing, etc.) to decision-makers.
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified prospects to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Schedule and conduct discovery calls, follow-ups, and negotiations to close deals.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and strategy teams to create customized proposals.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Stay updated on digital marketing trends and competitor offerings to position our services effectively.

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience in business development or client acquisition (preferably in digital marketing or IT services).
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Confidence in making cold calls and conducting sales presentations.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho) is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
