Be the Voice of India’s First Agri-Labour Platform About Us We’re building India’s first labour marketplace for horticulture, starting with Nashik’s grape belt. Our platform ensures farmers get reliable labour on time, while workers find fair, transparent opportunities. To power this engine, we’re hiring a Customer Support Executive to handle farmer and labour interactions across calls, Whats App, and CRM systems. The Role You’ll be the first point of contact for our farmers, labour supervisors (mukkadams), and field teams. Your job is to answer questions, resolve issues, and ensure smooth bookings—whether it’s pruning crews for a vineyard or transport updates for a labour camp. Key Responsibilities 1. Inbound & Outbound Calls Answer incoming farmer/labour calls and resolve queries in Marathi/Hindi. Make outbound calls to confirm bookings, share updates, and follow up on pending tasks. 2. Whats App & Digital Support Manage Whats App-based queries from farmers and labourers. Share booking confirmations, updates, and SOP instructions via Whats App Business tools. 3. CRM & Data Management Log every interaction into our CRM dashboard (farmer request, labour allocation, issue raised, resolution). Keep farmer and labour profiles updated with latest activity and feedback. 4. Booking & Issue Resolution Convert farmer requests into confirmed bookings by coordinating with operations team. Escalate urgent issues (absenteeism, delayed transport, disputes) to District Manager/Field Ops. 5. Farmer & Worker Experience Ensure farmers feel supported and updated on labour availability. Track worker queries on payments, camps, or schedules and close them quickly. Requirements Fluent in Marathi (essential) & Hindi; working English preferred. 1–3 years of experience in voice support, telesales, or agri services. Familiarity with Nashik grape farming cycle Comfortable with Whats App Web, CRMs, Excel/Google Sheets. Strong communication skills, patience, and ability to manage high call volumes.
