Key Responsibilities
Lead Qualification
– Make first contact with leads to check eligibility (age, education, work experience, IELTS, budget, intent). Categorize leads as
In Progress, Good Prospect, Future Follow-up,
or
Junk
with accurate timelines.
Lead Filtration
– Screen leads from all sources (website, GMB, referrals, walk-ins, social media, Lead Partners). Remove duplicates/unqualified leads and maintain clean data.
Lead Assignment
– Assign workable leads to the right consultant on rotation and ensure smooth handover with proper notes.
Data & Reporting
– Update CRM/lead sheet with call notes and status. Share daily/weekly reports on leads received, filtered, workable, and assigned.
Follow-Up & Nurturing
– Reconnect with follow-up leads at the right time to set consultation calls.
Process & Compliance
– Use approved scripts, maintain professionalism, handle client data confidentially, and follow company policies.
Key Skills Required
Excellent communication & telecalling skills
Strong ability to qualify and filter leads
CRM / lead sheet management
