Roles and Responsibilities Job Purpose This role is responsible for end to end management of Discount and A&P spends & requires interaction with senior stakeholders & needs to work independently with high impact on decision making This role is responsible for Efficiencies and control over 500cr+ of Discount & A&P spends. Works closely with Business Finance head and Dominos marketing team to deliver: Business analytics for effective decision making Driving efficiencies in marketing spends while working with procurement and agencies Driving periodic A&P reviews Driving & partnering for key strategic projects Partner for all NPD launches Pricing decisions for the brand Key Responsibilities Responsible for driving & monitoring of Discounts and A&P spends for Dominos India worth Rs. 500cr+ Working with marketing to define Discount and A&P strategy ROI analysis of Discounts and A&P; Driving efficiencies through regular partnering will all stakeholders Prepare and validate business cases for all marketing initiatives prior to the launch to enable right decision making Prepare and drive NPD PnL discussions for pre launch approvals and post launch reviews Support in Pricing discussions & decisions for the Brand Develop robust timely reporting of the spends with analytics and insights, driving cost efficiencies across line items Compliance with various regulatory and statutory requirements Build dashboards for marketing KPIs to enable strategic decision making for brand Benchmarking KPIs to competition & using insights for further optimisation Set the process for Pre and Post eval of all initiatives, proactively sharing insights for decision making Interact with media/creative agencies on regular basis for efficiencies; Closely work with Business users & procurement Develop best in class practice & drive savings program for A&P Build governance & internal controls wrt Discount and A&P spends Partnering, Financial planning & analysis, marketing Finance & stakeholder management Desired Candidate Profile Qualification & Experience CA with 10-11 yrs of experience 6-7 yr in partnering, PnL management It requires lot of interaction with senior stakeholders and good understanding of PnL and ROI Decision making ability Business acumen, Analytical Good communication / stakeholder management skill Hardworking and sincere
