What does your day look like as an Intern?

• You will be focusing on managing projects to ensure adequate participation in our surveys.
• You will be responsible for executing targeted online marketing campaigns through different marketing channels.
• Create and manage content based on the research scope for effective targeting.
• Coordinate with our global vendors to supplement and expand our community of healthcare experts.
• Improve operational efficiency by executing strict quality control measures.
• Build and maintain a community of engaged healthcare experts.
• Track and analyze various metrics to enable better panel management.
• Ideate and implement various engagement strategies.
• Work with cross-functional teams to improve capabilities and develop product enhancements for better survey-taking UX.

What will make you successful as an Intern candidate?

Required Skills/Expertise:

• B.E. & B.Tech. (All Streams) graduates.
• Advanced level of proficiency in MS Office tools like Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
• Ability to learn new tools quickly and independently, prior experience with marketing and analytical tools is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, prior experience creating content is a plus
• Strong adaptability and flexibility to work in a fast-moving environment
• Strong attention to detail and high standard of quality

Preferred Skills/Expertise:

• Experience in additional healthcare market intelligence functions besides primary market research (competitive intelligence; sales analytics; forecasting; etc.)
• Experience in Life Sciences or Healthcare industries
