The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and approaching potential clients, managing sales processes, conducting property tours, and preparing sales documentation. Daily tasks include prospecting for leads, maintaining customer relationships, negotiating deals, and meeting sales targets. The role involves collaborating with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and attend meetings with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions. Qualifications Sales experience, especially in real estate industryExcellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsProficiency in client relationship managementKnowledge of local real estate market in BhubaneswarStrong organizational and time management abilitiesAbility to work independently and meet sales targetsBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fieldPrior experience in dealing with high-end real estate properties is a plus
