Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Shimla for a Client Success Manager. The Client Success Manager will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, building and maintaining client relationships, and addressing customer service inquiries. The role involves working closely with clients to understand their needs, ensuring high levels of customer retention, and analyzing customer feedback to improve service offerings. Day-to-day tasks also include conducting regular check-ins with clients, providing support and guidance, and developing strategies to enhance the client experience.

- Strong relationship building and customer service skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
- Experience in customer success or account management roles is beneficial
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
