Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Branch Manager, located in Shimla. The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations of the branch, ensuring sales targets are met, and maintaining excellent customer service standards. The role includes managing staff, conducting regular training sessions, developing and implementing sales strategies, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. The Branch Manager will also be involved in handling customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
